Monks Spa Monetary Voucher

Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date. Use of multiple vouchers. Only one gift voucher can be used per booking. Use of promotional codes. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers. Voucher redemption. Services must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or in person only. Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the course – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £95 course. Monetary vouchers. Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment of a service only. If the cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking. Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is also valid for the Spa by night packages. Has no monetary value, is non refundable, can only be used in one transaction and is not redeemable against products or Clinic Treatments at Machynys. The voucher is subject to availability and all spa days must be pre booked. This Voucher is not redeemable on any Bank Holiday, Valentines Day or Mothers Day, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, any additional extras are to be settled upon departure. Machynys Peninsula Golf Club and Premier Spa cannot be held responsible for accidental loss or theft of this voucher.
